Mr. Hingston primarily practices in the area of construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, disputes, mediation, arbitration, trials, and appeals. He has handled matters involving contract disputes, mechanic's liens, delay claims, bond claims under payment and performance bonds, change order disputes, bid disputes, and other construction related issues.

He has been involved in numerous highly complex matters in state and federal court, administrative bodies, and arbitration, including matters subject to the Complex Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. He has also served many times as both a sole arbitrator and a member of a panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
